Description
The 4 0 Aluminum（Direct Burial）URD Wire has a conductor made up of strands of compressed aluminum alloy 1350 series. It is insulated using cross-lined polyethylene (XLPE) that is black in color. Its phase conductors and assembled together with neutral conductors forming a twisted cord. This cord is mostly used in underground electrical wiring systems. You will often find being used in light and medium duty commercial applications. It is also commonly used to supply power in underground residential areas. The cable has a voltage rating of 600v.
Application:
The (Direct Burial) URD wire is made up of strands of aluminum conductor compressed 1350-H19. It is insulated using cross-linked polyethylene. The conductors are insulated and then surface printed making it easy to identify them.
